  ~Kyokushin’s spirit~ Truth is our method, taking pain is our way. Together we’re standing, We don’t run ,we stay. Strong as a rock, and as sharp as a knife, So we’re moving mountains, It’s our way of life. Bleeding and perspiring, beyond limits we go. When they offer us mercy, Our answer is no. We’re taking the pain, Voluntarily we bleed. Bloody are our trainings, Terrible ’s battle’s heat. But truth is our method, taking pain is our way. Osu no seienshin, We don’t run, we stay. Osu!

This website is very interesting and useful, I think. Wish you hard-working students, be happy and healthy. And as used to say Sosai: "One Thousand days of training, a beginner; Ten thousand days of training, a master."

No hill is too steep. No mountain is too tall. With hope and faith, you can conquer them all.
