" I trained with Michael Speagle under Master Reid and Master Lail as well. Kyokushinkai certainly changed my life for the better. I stopped taking classes shortly after receiving my green belt because I returned to college to earn my BA. Now that I'm out I look forward to returning to the Oyama School of Karate once again. Our school is located in Hickory, NC and I consider myself fortunate to have such a great school in my neighborhood. "
